Tim Hyde’s work has been featured at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, USA; Ar/ge Kunst Galerie Museum, Bolzano, Italy; the de Young Museum, San Francisco, USA; Sculpture Center, New York City, USA; the Busan Biennale, Busan, South Korea; Rose Museum at Brandeis University, Boston, USA; among others. His work is included in the collections of the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo, USA; The Ulrich Museum of Art, Wichita, USA; the Margulies Collection, Miami, USA; and the Pilara Collection, San Francisco, USA.
As an undergraduate student, Hyde studies history at Vassar College and the Universidad Católica in Valparaiso, Chile. In 2005, he received his MFA in visual art from Columbia University. Hyde attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in Maine in 2007 and received a Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Award that same year.
He currently lives and works in New York City, USA.
